 Baume de Bouteville is an artisanal production of French balsamic condiments, located in the heart of the Cognac vineyard in Bouteville in Charente. Today, a whole range of top-of-the-range vinegars, created for Chefs, is now offered to all gourmets. Exceptional vinegars but also everyday, which sublimate the dishes but also the cocktails! We organize visits to the Factory in the summer, outside of our production and packaging activity. Do not hesitate to book a visit on the proposed slots, or to contact us for any special request. We offer three visit options: 1. The Classics Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 2. Les Conviviales Monday to Saturday from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (reservation 48 hours in advance). Our Suites Located on the first floor , our air-conditioned suites can accommodate up to 4 adults : Suite "Soleil Levant" For 2 people , with a private shower room and toilet . Private entrance for added intimacy. Suite "Vent d'Ouest" For 2 adults , with a separate private bathroom and toilet . Direct access to a 100 m² sun-drenched private terrace with views of Cognac's rooftops. Access to a private kitchen and the option to enjoy meals in the glass-enclosed veranda . Minors are welcome when accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. You'll have your own key for complete freedom to come and go as you please. Location and Amenities Suite en Terrasse is located on a quiet street , free from traffic noise, yet close to local shops (bakery, butcher, newsstand, bar) and just 700 meters from a hypermarket . Parking: Secure garage for motorcycles and bicycles . Street parking for cars on nearby streets (Rue de Marennes, Rue de Rochefort, or Rue de Barbezieux), 100 meters away .
